I have a 2000 FLSTF that is somewhat customized and when I travel I load it down somewhat around 100 extra pounds and add my considerable fatness of 200 plus pounds, I bottom out sometimes on rough roads. Not a good thing for my back or bike. I found a Progressive replacement that has one air shock and one reg shock/spring combo that is adjustable at the local air pump. Any thoughts on this. I know---- I know, just trade in for a Road King, may be next year but for now I need a fix.

Thanks

Ah, the price to pay for customizing...... All seriousness though, If you want the true Tuneability with Rideability, look at Legend-Air Suspension. You can raise or lower your ride for all types of situations.

Drag spec. sells a aftermarket spring kit for us big guys to replace the wimpy factory springs. They`re called "big red"I`m gonna try a set this year sometime when I get caught up-like that will happen.Your dealer shpuld have the shock jig to do this for you.Toby
