A woman was comin' up in her years so decided to get a little 'nip' & 'tuck'. She went to a local Plastic Surgeon who'd been highly recommended. He said have you heard of this fantastic knew option called "The Knob?" She said "No, what is it?" the Dr. says "Well we surgically place a small knob on the back of your head, and every time you see you have a few wrinkles, you just give the knob a little turn and voila', wrinkles gone!" So a few years go by and the woman returns to the Dr. with a new problem. She says " Well Dr. the knob has worked beautifully, just as you said, but I seem to have develped these bags under my eyes and the knob does not help?" And He says, "Those are not bags, those are your Tit's!" And She says..."Well that would explain my gotee"....
